QuarryLink has a two-way sync with Xero. Customers, invoices, and payments flow automatically between systems. You can create a customer in QuarryLink and it appears in Xero instantly, and vice versa. No double-entry, no drift.

We'll help you import your existing customer data, products, and pricing during setup. Historical data stays in your old system for reference, but all new activity happens in QuarryLink. Most quarries keep their old system read-only for a few months, then archive it.
